Submit to the Miracles Bureau
The Bureau accepts documented accounts for review and potential inclusion in the permanent case file record.
Our Evidentiary Standard
The Miracles Bureau applies consistent standards to all submissions regardless of religious tradition or geographic origin. To be reviewed for a case file, a submission should include as many of the following as possible:
- Medical documentation — pre-event diagnosis from a licensed medical professional
- Post-event documentation — confirmation of change by a medical professional
- Independent witnesses — names and contact information for those who can corroborate
- Timeline — specific dates, locations, and sequence of events
- Prior treatment history — what conventional treatments were attempted and their outcomes
Submissions without documentation will still be logged in the Bureau registry but will not advance to full case file status without supporting evidence.

All submissions are treated as confidential unless you explicitly authorize publication. The Bureau will contact you before publishing any case file that includes your account. We do not share personal information with third parties.
